1.1 Acceptance. By registering, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
1.2 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately.
1.3 Account Accuracy. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information. Impersonation or misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.
1.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account and must notify us of any unauthorized use.
1.5 Prohibited Conduct. You must not upload unlawful content, harass users, use automated bots, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
1.6 Termination. Virtual Talent LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for breach of these Terms.
Virtual Talent is a talent discovery and connection platform only. We make no guarantees of bookings, employment, income, or commercial engagements. All agreements between labels and talent are solely between those parties.
You retain ownership of your uploaded content but grant Virtual Talent LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform. You warrant that you own or have rights to all content you upload.
Paid features require a subscription. Fees are shown before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Pricing may change with reasonable notice.
Data Collected: Name, email, phone, profile content, device/browser info, usage data.
Use: To operate your account, facilitate discovery, send communications, and improve the platform.
Sharing: We do not sell your data. We share only with verified platform partners and service providers under confidentiality.
Your Rights: You may access, correct, or delete your data. Contact support@virtualtalent.com.
By registering you agree to receive platform updates and promotions. You may opt out at any time.
Virtual Talent LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Virtual Talent LLC's incorporation. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or mediation.
