1.1 Acceptance. By registering on Virtual Talent, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
1.2 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to register. By checking the agreement box, you confirm you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately.
1.3 Account Accuracy. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. Impersonation, false identity, or misrepresentation is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
1.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
1.5 Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to: (a) upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing; (b) harass or harm other users; (c) use the platform for spam or unsolicited communications; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform; (e) use automated bots or scrapers.
1.6 Account Termination. Virtual Talent LLC reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform or its users.
2.1 Virtual Talent is a talent discovery and connection platform only. Registration does not constitute an offer of employment, a booking guarantee, or any form of income promise.
2.2 Virtual Talent LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the number, frequency, or value of any bookings, audition opportunities, or commercial engagements that may result from using the platform.
2.3 Any agreements, contracts, or payments entered into between talent and third parties (labels, promoters, clients) are solely between those parties. Virtual Talent LLC is not a party to such agreements and bears no liability for their outcome.
3.1 You retain ownership of all content (photos, videos, audio, bio) you upload to the platform.
3.2 By uploading content, you grant Virtual Talent LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and promote your content solely for the purpose of operating and marketing the platform.
3.3 You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
3.4 Virtual Talent LLC retains all rights to the platform's technology, branding, design, and proprietary features. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to the Virtual Talent brand or software.
4.1 Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are displayed clearly before purchase. All payments are final unless otherwise stated in the applicable refund policy.
4.2 Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription if you no longer wish to be charged.
4.3 Virtual Talent LLC reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to registered users.
5.1 Data We Collect. We collect: name, email address, phone number, profile content (photos, videos, bio), device/browser information, and usage data (pages visited, time on platform).
5.2 How We Use Your Data. Your data is used to: (a) operate and personalise your account; (b) facilitate talent discovery by labels and promoters; (c) send platform-related communications; (d) improve the platform through aggregated analytics.
5.3 Data Sharing. We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: (a) verified labels/promoters viewing public profiles; (b) service providers who assist in platform operations (under strict confidentiality); (c) law enforcement when legally required.
5.4 Data Retention. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
5.5 Your Rights. Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support@virtualtalent.com for such requests.
5.6 Cookies. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain sessions and analyse usage. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.
By registering, you agree to receive platform updates, audition alerts, and promotional communications by email. You may opt out at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email or updating your notification settings in your account.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtual Talent LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of bookings, loss of revenue, or reputational harm.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Virtual Talent LLC is incorporated. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by mediation before any litigation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
